Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of B.O.S.S. 3NT clothing and want every customer to shop with confidence.
14-Day Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible regular-priced clothing.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In original condition with all tags attached.
- Returned with their original packaging and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Limited-Edition & Signature Series
Limited-edition and Signature Series merchandise is final sale when clearly identified as such on the product page before purchase, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been opened or worn cannot be returned, except where required by law or for defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. B.O.S.S. 3NT will cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Returns must be authorized before merchandise is shipped back. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after approval.
